With the entire group hailing from the great state of Ohio, The Voices of Ohio is an exciting and dynamic adult perfoming arts ensemble. The Voices of Ohio draws on a collective membership that has more than 45 years of show business experience.
Included in this contingent, are those who; sang in the finest concert halls throughout Europe for 27 consecutive summers; entertained a world-wide television audience from top of the then newly-built World Trade Center in New York City and stepping off down Broadway in the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade; became the world’s only singing, marching vocal group to participate in an unprecedented four Tournament of Roses parades; gave a command performance in the White House Rose Garden; and sang for millions annually as part of the greatest show Ohio has to offer, The Ohio State Fair.
Under the Artistic Director, Orrville, Ohio native Girrard Steward, The Voice of Ohio perform a repertoire that reads like a popular American song book. Performing numbers for the 1930s through Today’s hits, including Country, Broadway and songs of inspiration, and a star-spangled not to be missed finale that is guaranteed to bring the crowd to their feet.
A concert by The Voices of Ohio is an entertainment event the entire family will enjoy. Audiences will come early to get the best seats and will not want to go home until long after the last notes have left their ears and entered their hearts.
