Carolina Blue & Confederate Railroad at 2019 Belmont County Fair

The Belmont County Agricultural Society is excited to announce that Carolina Blue, a well know bluegrass band will be playing Saturday, September 7th and that Confederate Railroad will be playing on Sunday, September 8th at the 2019 Belmont County Fair.
