    Our fairgrounds located at 45420 Roscoe Rd. in St. Clairsville, OH serves as the venue for the annual Belmont County Fair.  The Fairgrounds spans over 162 acres providing ample space for a variety of events and activities.

    The County Fair Board Meets at 7PM on  the 4th Thursday of the Month except November and December, when they meet the 3rd Thursday.
